All residents of The Academy pay a one-time membership fee to join The Academy community and monthly fees that cover the many services and amenities that are available at The Academy. We offer three different options for residing at The Academy – two “lease-type” options and a deeded ownership option. The amount of the membership fee and monthly fees vary, depending on the particular residence you select, the percentage of your membership fee that is refundable, and whether you choose to purchase your residence.
